Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

The health and safety of your pet is our top priority. If your pet requires medical attention, we will contact you immediately. In case of emergencies, we will take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic and notify you as soon as possible.

While our primary focus is on boarding, daycare, and pet sitting, we do provide basic grooming care such as brushing and bathing during extended stays. For specialized grooming needs, please check with us in advance.
