Booking and Reservations

By booking a service with CheeryTails, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your pet including health status, vaccination records, behavioral issues, and any special requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that may pose a safety risk to our staff or other pets.

Payment Terms

All service fees must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via the methods specified at the time of booking. Late payments may result in additional charges or cancellation of services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Pet Health and Safety

Pet owners must ensure that their pets are up-to-date on all vaccinations and are in good health prior to using our services. CheeryTails reserves the right to request vaccination records. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your pet, but we cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from unforeseen circumstances or pre-existing conditions.

Behavioral Responsibility

Pet owners are responsible for disclosing any behavioral issues their pet may have, including but not limited to aggression, anxiety, or destructive behavior. CheeryTails reserves the right to take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of all pets and staff, including separating or isolating a pet if necessary.

Liability Limitations

CheeryTails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Pick Up and Drop Off

Our pick up and drop off service is subject to availability and may require advance booking. CheeryTails is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Pet owners must be present or arrange for someone to receive the pet at the scheduled drop-off time.

Modifications to Terms

CheeryTails reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
